  Clients are required to make payments in advance before the commencement of any work. We accept payments via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Authorize.Net. Payment terms (full or installment-based) are defined in advance.
• 4. Refunds

• 5. Intellectual Property
  All work remains the property of Infinilink Technologies until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless stated otherwise.

  Clients must provide necessary information, feedback, and access (e.g., website login or hosting credentials) on time. Project delays caused by clients may result in extended timelines.
