Refund Policy

At Infinilink Technologies, we aim to provide high-quality digital services tailored to each client's needs. Because of the custom nature of our work, we apply the following refund guidelines:

  • 1. Full Refund Eligibility
    If no work has been initiated and the client chooses to cancel, a 100% refund minus a 20% administrative processing fee will be issued.
  • 2. Partial Work Refund
    If the project has begun but is not yet completed, we will calculate a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed. A minimum 20% fee will always be retained to cover time and planning costs.
  • 3. No Refunds After Completion
    Once a service has been fully delivered, tested, or approved, no refunds will be issued.
  • 4. Client Delays or Inactivity
    If a client fails to respond for 30 consecutive days, the project will be marked as inactive. Restarting the project may incur additional charges. Refunds are not issued for abandoned or delayed projects.
  • 5. Chargebacks & Disputes
    We encourage clients to contact us directly in the event of dissatisfaction. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in service suspension and legal action.
